@Skumposen Sorry, I can't help you, but I'm having the same problem, although I just bought it (game + celebration edition) today (Jan 5, 2020).

    I have also the same problem.

    I already have the “Battlefront II Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition” and today I Just bought the “Celebration Edition upgrade”.

    The problem is that I cannot find the “Rise of Skywalker” game under “My Game Library”.

    Please have a look on this.
