@Skumposen I'm having the same problem. I spoke to an ea adviser who said I needed to uninstall the game and reinstall it. 4 hours later its finished updated and still no celebration pack installed!

I have the same problem but on Xbox one purchased it as an early birthday gift very disappointed and dissatisfied!!!!

@Skumposen Sorry, I can't help you, but I'm having the same problem, although I just bought it (game + celebration edition) today (Jan 5, 2020).

I have also the same problem.I already have the “Battlefront II Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition” and today I Just bought the “Celebration Edition upgrade”.The problem is that I cannot find the “Rise of Skywalker” game under “My Game Library”.Please have a look on this.

Having the same problem. Web site shows it's downloaded but it will not update to all the profiles associated to the account.

@EA_Atic I have the Sith trooper, always did since the update. I dont have all the stuff which should be unlocked after purchasing the celebration upgrade. Spoke to EA twice, once directly and once on twitter nothing sorted. As said above, I even done a full reinstall. I have 2 accounts as my son and I team up at home. On my other PS4 account the upgrade works perfectly.

@EA_Atic One difference I have noticed between the 2 accounts is that on the account which did install the celebration pack an unlock everything is that the in-game upgrade button works. Where as in the account which has not installed the upgrade the in-game upgrade button doesn't work. I upgraded on the playstation on the ps4 on both accounts.

For comparison,

Playstation Username/gamer tag: alphabayliss Upgrade worked
Playstation Username/gamer tag: alphabayliss_kk Upgrade has NOT worked.

@thanos119 did you click the arrows and scroll true out the different infiltrator units you should be able to see it as this was an update everyone got 🙂

My Celebration pack disappeared after working just fine for a month. I went to EA and they told me that I had to go through xbox to get it resolved. They were unable to help me.
