Star Wars Battlefront 2 Celebration edition wont download.

I have tried to contact EA about this same issue ALL DAY! I am unable to reach anyone. I purchased the Celebration Edition as an Add-on from the Playstation store. We already have the disc, just needed to upgrade. No download link, I have an order confirmation, but no way to update or download add-on. Very discouraging. Game won't work, tech support doesn't work, and I'm out $25.

@marvelgeek505 Did you get it resolved? I’m now having the same issue with the disc version and the upgrade as well as the EA Access version with the update 🤬🤬
