Star wars battlefront 2 co op split screen not starting

I play Star Wars Battlefront 2 on Xbox One and i can't play the co-op split screen. When i try to play it with my friends first while its loading the game it freezes and starts to make a weird noise....

Hi @Noppa07Football,

Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
