I had the same problem.
Please try the following:
reinstall the "Intel Rapid Storage-Driver"
restart PC
Remove any OC-Tools like MSI-Afterburner, MSI Gaming App, ...
restart PC
reinstall the Nvidia Driver
restart PC
open CMD/Powershell as admin and enter "sfc /scannow"
restart PC
open CMD/Powershell as admin and enter "chkdsk c: /f /r"
restart PC
