Star wars battlefront 2 final mission crashing in loading screen big

The final mission with kylo renn crashes in the loading screen and shuts of my entire console I have tried this on two Xbox ones. One of them being an X and S same issue. Everything else in the game ...

I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with the game ☹️

Can I ask if it would be possible to check if this part of the game will work if you use a different a disc? Perhaps you have a friend, who has the game and will be able to lend it to you? Thankfully, you've already excluded the possibility of a faulty console.

    Hello I just bought a whole new disc and this still happens please patch this as soon a possible I just want to finish the game
