Star Wars Battlefront 2 Infinite Loading Screen

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug When I load the game I get a black screen, bypassed by clicking 'A' and when I try to load into a co-op game I get stuck a an infinite loading screen. Co-op is not an option for the game mode. It wasn't supremacy.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? EI Enrique
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 2/3/2020
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 5:00 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Capital Supremacy
What is your time zone?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play Co-op
What happens when the bug occurs? Loads like normal but never puts me into a game
What do you expect to see?
Please select your region North America
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

No matter what team or map I play it gets stuck.

    Hey @Qahnaarin2001  have you tried to do power cycle and see if that helps. 🙂 

    How to power cycle: 

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.

    Iv'e done this and I was able to play one game then it started to get stuck in the loading screen again.
