star wars battlefront 2 opened crates dont give reward

Hi, i just bought Star Wars Battlefront 2, and played campaign. Its short but amazing i loved it. Still after completing  campaign, when i trying to open reward boxes its opening, but dont show any ...

I'm getting the same problem on my XBox One S. After completing the campaign's,  I open the crate and all I get is blank screen and no rewards.

      Hi there @EA_Atic @! Hope to find you all well. I just recently bought Battlefront 2 for PS4, not even a week old, and I'm getting the same issue described by other users, meaning new crates and a blank screen. I believe the game is fully updated (Celebration Edition) what should I do next? Thanks and safe gaming

      I am having this issue and so is my friend on PC.  We purchased through EPIC but Orign is where the game defaults to.

      Whenever I open a crate in BattleFront 2 the card doesn't show, I just got the game a week ago. What should I do I've gotten like 15 crates but I dont want to open them because I dont know what they are.

        Yes, it happened me right now...empty case.
