i just bought it celebretion editon when first open its fine the prize are there and i see it but after that the next crate i open it all empty in the screen there no prize pls fix this im playing on p
DICE Teami just bought the game 3 days ago and i installed it, when i open the game there are 2 crates unopened and then when i opened it it doesnt show me the cards that i got. it just went frozed. i have the standard pc edition btw.
I have the same problem. PC version.
@EA_Atic I’m having the same problem I’m on Xbox one and got the game recently I didn’t have the problem with the crate that came with the game but with the crates I obtained while playing the campaign Xbox username is BoastingBomb24
DICE Team@Rosmawati1 do you know what you where suppose to get from the crates?
From what I know you still get the reward and not just showing it - so if its crystals you where suppose to get you are getting them just keep an eye on your crystal count etc.
