Summarize your bug I've opened 4 crates now but every time i open a crate it bugs and doesn't give me the items inside the crate so i've now missed out on 4 crates worth of loot.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? I click to open the crate and it does the animation except nothing comes out of the crate and then its just an empty screen, yet it uses the crate up and doesn't give me then items that were meant to be in there.
What do you expect to see? Items from the crate that should be rewarded.
