Same on my pc. I dont get my stuff om cases. I have opend 8 cases and got nothing back

Just started playing this and I was able to open crates with getting the loot.  They I started having an issue with it showing I am offline.  Started opening the game as admin and I could get online, but every crate I opened since running it as admin shows nothing.  When I open the box, the sides drop down, but when the things would fly out of the crate and show you, that is what is missing.  I do not think I am getting anything out of them.
