Star Wars Battlefront 2 stuck at launch screen

3rd party programs? directx not from microsoft? are you insane? there is no admin in this forum?

now on the problem, it seems that EA-origin have that unresolved problem years now.... replied to older threads and even trolled by admins to open new thread although the same problem persists through the years and never actually solved,so I repeat in this newer thread  got the game from EPIC installed played 2 times while downloading pve and once when done, next day the game simply does not launch no error no nothing done all the steps from here

same here, installed the game and can't get past the first loading screen. can't modifiy the settings cause the settings folder and file were never created cause the game never got past the loading screen.
