Star Wars Battlefront 2 Won't Start

Anyone have this problem? The game literally won't launch. The loading screen (front cover image) pops up for 10sec and then goes into a black screen for like 20 minutes, then I get error message saying "idle took too long to start" and then it closes itself OR (after reinstallation) it just freezes my Xbox completely. I've tried hard resetting and reinstalling with no luck, I have digital and it's on my internal hard drive. I bought the game 4 days ago and have been dealing with this BS since then. Haven't been able get any help from Support either. They "resolved" my case apparently.
