Hi. My account settings are all set to multiplayer. I did that over a year ago when I was trying to play Fortnite. I contacted an advisor. I requested a call, so they will apparently call in 3-3.5 hours. Thanks for trying to help. It is really frustrating that I bought a game with my Christmas money that I can’t even play!

Also, it is error code 524.

    That error normally means you're on an underage account. An advisor will be able to check for sure. You may be able to get a faster response contact @EAHelp through Twitter though.

      My account was underaged, because I’m 12, but I changed my birthdate to 1980 to see if I could play. I got the same error message.
