Battlefront II keeps crashing. it often crashes while I am spawning in but recently it has just been random. my screen freezes for a second then it goes black and closes my game. I have checked solutions on the internet for the last two days now and nothing has helped. I have updated all my drivers and tried the "GstRender.maxvariablefps 60" and "gametime.maxvariablefps 60" in the games files but nothing has helped. At this point I am out of ideas and just want to be able to play the game that I spent money on.

After the latest update I am experiencing crashes like crazy and before anyone asks - no I haven't has any issues and have been playing for well over a year. I have a more than ample power supply, 6 gig graphics card and 22 gig of RAM. I just attempted to repair the game and no effect. I deleted both Origin and the game and reinstalled and still the crashes continue. My settings are also turned down. This is getting very tiring and fustrating.

keep crashing when use a flame thrower class and aerial

Im having the same problem, looked around at other forum posts and changed the game files as you have yet the game still crashes on me....

@HappyAccidents1 Any solution? This is an old post but this problems still occur and EA/DICE doesn't seem to want to address it... Shame

Out of curiosity, how long were you playing SWBF2 before it started crashing on you? A week? A month? A year?

@HappyAccidents1 Same. Just randomly happens after playing for a little while. No other games I have do this. I keep all drivers updated and I even have my settings turned DOWN so things aren't being pushed really hard. VERY ANNOYING.

Im having the same problem, looked around at other forum posts and changed the game files as you have yet the game still crashes on me....

Same problem. I have been playing since the launch of the game, 2017. After updates usually I had crashes, so I looked into it. Clearing the cache and repairing the game worked until now. Now it doesn't anymore. The crash happens in random periods, usually when it should load the next map in HvV.

@EA_Atic - I wonder if this is related to the optimizing shaders issue I recently reported.

Yeah you said it, i was playing competitively, im top 3 on the leaderboard, we were turning the tides of the battle but then it crash in the middle of the game, it's very discouraging to play the game now 😴

@JosueeOriginal same here, lost one game on connection error and the second (20min+) game just crashed :/

I have this too! Do you also lose connection to EA servers, the ps4/xbox/pc voice chat you were in and the party? This always only happens to me in my squad, where they stay in the game and I’m kicked out of the party and out of the servers as well.
