I absolutely love Star Wars Battlefront I and II. I pre-ordered the first and played it all the way up to the deluxe release of the second installment and by the title you can probably guess why the first game kept me playing even after all content was released. Star Wars Battlefront II needs personal Stats in there game! My aim in the last game after getting all trophies, diorama and unlockables, completing all challenges, accomplishments and Hutt contract was to get a 10.0 K/D and an 85% W/L ratio. Luckily just before the Beta release I managed to accomplish my goals and if it wasn't for being able to see my stats I would have never had invested as much time in that game.
And now...sure there is more content to come, but i have got the platinum and completed all milestones and frankly I get bored just after a few games and go watch YouTube or Netflix instead. Whilst on the last game, even though less content, I could play for hours on end in to the night. Sure we have this new Progression update which is a brilliant addition to the game because I will admit it has forced me to use vehicles to level them up as well as it has forced me away from the assault class where I now have to play heavy and officer which makes a nice change even if the specialist does suck... But competitive players like me and probably you since you took the time to find answers to this question, we need a constant goal to aim for.
I know it can bring about issues as well though, I am not just gonna say why it should be added and leave it at that. There will always be players who care about nothing but there K/D sadly... Those players you will usually see constantly in a Star Fighter on Galactic Assault or in an AT-ST for the fourth time or you know...that Emperor Palpatine sweat. Players may avoid the objective because they don't wanna die so they will go camp somewhere and wait until they got 6000 battle points. These players suck I know that is why a W/L ratio is important as well so if you see somebody with like a 6.12 K/D and yet they have only won 54%, you know there a little p****.
I am asking for more than just the basics though. It would be so great to see how many kills we have got with every gun or hero, what are favourite weapon is and what character we have got the most kills with. Even if a player just wants to get a 1000 kills with every gun and/or hero, they will be able to keep track of that. It was all in the last game so why can't it be in this one? I remember before Star Wars Battlefront II was released and there was a careers screen leaked with all the stats you would expect, so I thought down the line we would get one, but over 6 months later and I am still waiting... But instead of just copying and pasting what we had from the last game, including an overall Leaderboards would be fantastic, so not only could you show of to your friends, but the whole world...

Only a bad player with fear of exposing their mediocrity and no grasp on the game would complain about including something that is present in EVERY other FPS out there.
In a game like this one where high points will reward you with heroes and other reinforcements, a good KD and a high win percentage will generally go hand-in-hand. With that being said, though, KD is actually a better estimation of skill in the sense that bad players can be carried by a great squad to achieve an incredibly good win ratio – but not an equally high KD. Yet the game is by definition about winning, which is why win ratio should have a bigger focus than KD, contrary to how you designed the predecessor's stats page, where KD was the visual center of attention.
I bought this game together with friends and we all played the hell out of the predecessor. I really, really loved playing this game, but the fact that you left out this fundamental aspect completely voids the experience of anything resembling meaning. Why would you do this? We all stopped playing because of it, and since then I have been checking back to see if you have finally realised the promise you made half a year ago. But no, nothing yet. What the **** is up with this?! I have honestly NEVER seen such an indefensible decision from a developer. Ever.

I stopped playing this game over 3 months ago..when they broke palpatine so bad they had to take him out the game..when you couldn't board the shuttle in Ewok hunt..when the x2 multiplier was broke..and when they added hero starfighter..which was and still is broke..every time the game ends you rather fly into debris and explode..or you fly out of bounds and explode..you have no control of your ship so no matter what you get a death even if I didn't die all game..couldn't take it anymore so I quit..I loved this game..and so far all they have added is clone skins that I remember being leaked literally a year ago..there milking it..I don't trust EA anymore..I'm gonna play Red Dead Redemption 2 and Fallout 76 when there out..didn't even play the beta for Battlefield V..and even though anthem looks good..just the fact that it's EA..means im not gonna buy it..ruined this game for me..I know playing it was technically a waste of time..but now I feel like I've wasted 3 years playing Star Wars Battlefront..
