@DarthFDG I Thank you for the reccomendation. I have been playing SWBF through thick and thin so I know whats up. I really just posted this to find a solution to my problem I haven't tried. Other forum's solutions haven't been working so far.

OK. Now that we're out of the mess we were in back then, it sounds like you're still having issues launching. Have you searched the forum for "steam will not load". One of the posts, as an example, mentions overlays.
In addition, you will see numerous posts suggesting you are really going out on a limb with mods. You may have an OS reinstall in your future.
