Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be hit by Force powers, most notoriously Force Choke, but also Freeze, Pull, etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? More frequently than is acceptable, your hero's abilities will lock, rendering you unable to use them once the effect of the Force power wears off. It returns once you either die or are hit with another Force power. Occasionally, you also can no longer block, despite having the stamina to use it on heroes such as Luke, Rey, Vader, and Kylo.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to use my abilities when I'm not being controlled by Force powers.

I don't know if I could have written "happens everyday, almost every Heroes vs. Villains game", but it's entirely too common and gamebreaking. Force choke is the biggest cause of the glitch, likely from interrupting or cancelling Choke, the game seems to think that you're still being held. Furthermore, your character will occasionally lock on to Vader, unable to turn, because the game thinks you're still being held.
And speaking of Force Choke, it still periodically sends you somewhere across the map, and still periodically (though rarely) instantly kills a target for no reason.
These glitches been in since the game started. For the love of God please get rid of them.
