Stuck on Loading Screen

I finally managed to download the game.  Now I am stuck on the main loading screen.  After a few minutes, I get exited out.  What steps should I try to fix this?  I already tried repairing the game. ...

      Seems like it, you could ask for a refund, if they don't want to give a refund, then you dispute the payment with your bank if EA doesn't want to fix the game.
