Stuck on loading screen

What is your issue related to? Game will not back out to menus.
Summarize your bug: When I quit a match, sometimes I get a black screen (except for the loading icon) instead of returning to the main menu.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get in a match with really bad teammates. Quit the match to further stop being humiliated by the bad players on the other team. It gets stuck at a black screen. It does it after I back out of a match 2xs successfully. (yes, I constantly get matched with bad players) The third I just quit the game and re start.
What happens when the bug occurs? Black screen with endless loading icon. Music keeps playing. Thought I read in notes somewhere that it was fixed. It keeps happening.
What do you expect to see? The main menu, eventually.
