DICE TeamWith today update do you still have the same issue with getting stuck on loading screen,

Have you done any troubleshooting to try to solve it?

Still happening today. Same for the crashing when claiming crates. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Xbox-One-X-crashes-and-turns-off-completely-when-crates-are/td-p/6768908
Nothing has been done about either issue for literally months, @EA_Atic.
