I have tried DDU

i have tried a complete wipe and reinstall of Windows 10 on a brand new SSD

i have tried turning the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter of

i have tried the BIOS

i have tried launching the game through the AMD software, desktop icon, EA app, Epig Games app, and every other conceivable way

Nothing works the error message is always there.

Should be noted that the drivers work perfectly on ALL other games and applications.

My system specs are

Windows 10 64 bit

  • I also checked the "ReleaseVersion" String file in the Registry editor and it says: Value data: 23.40.27.01-240313a-401413C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition.

    Therefore the driver is fine

  • @gertfghdstgherdt we have the same issue, i have
    AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
    AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT
no luck so far tried almost everything, i think the game just doesn't detect drivers above the 22 version
  • @gertfghdstgherdt so i fixed it by disabling the internal graphics from the BIOS and using the DDU tool, then the AMD clean up utility, then installing the drivers using minimal setup from AMD.
