SWBFII Crashes at launch and when joining games

My game keeps crashing either at launch or when I try to join a server. I've already tried deleting the settings folder from my documents, and I've already tried repairing the game. This is happeni...

and you have the latest nvidia driver which is working for me with a GTX 1060.

I would normally say reinstall, as repair doesn't always do it, but you're working with a fresh install.

I'm going to guess there is some driver that's getting in the way - just a matter of finding out which. try looking at some of the other posts for crashes - maybe you'll see something there that helps.
