I think when they stop supporting the game they downgraded the servers which is why input lag is at its worse. Saber combat is dreadful mostly now and not really fun so I usually go blasters now, oh wait, grievous claw rush ruins blaster fun 🤦

Yeah the input lad is EPIC at this point but, in truth, saber combat has been poor and inconsistent for a long time due to the logic that was employed and the bloated conditions that the server has to try and resolve; and never properly could.
The Dev’s have toyed with the mechanics on and off for the last 2 1/2 years. In the 30 years I’ve been gaming I’ve never seen a developer radically change the core mechanics of the game to such a degree and so many times as this title ... and not to a benefit sadly.
That is true, the least they can do is take out stumbling. That’s what messed most of my duels with multiple players.
Yeah you block with a saber when someone strikes you with a saber and half the time it stumbles you and turns you around so they can strike your back or do an ability. Very frustrating. The hit box for saber strikes is also completely way off. Would love to know what star cards people are using to get the 30 foot saber attachment 🤷 because I can not find them.
