The game is not being installed

I got the game through the Epic Games Store a long time ago. Today I wanted to download, during installation, I try to open the EA app and immediately write the error change password. I changed it, the application continued to write a request to change the password. Please tell me what the problem may be related to and how to solve it.

    When you say "got" do you mean "bought" rather than using a free trial?

    You successfully installed/played the game before?

    As you "got" the game from Epic, you need to start the installation with Epic, not EA app.

    BTW - If you post a screenshot in an English forum, the screenshot needs to be in English or translated.
