The Gonk Droid Appreciation Thread.

@TRlALONMy day be so fine, then boom, galactic civil war. I wonder what it would be like being some of the Gonks rebels strapped bombs to. I’m just taking a stroll and trying to keep the galaxy powered but then some hooligans put something on my back, I can’t see what the hell it is, so I walk over to the local authorities to ask them about it when boom.

The sad truth about Gonks is that they were pretty much copies of another type of droid from another company, they aren’t a true design but they were popularised because of their cheap price. Disappointing, but hey, religion isn’t all ups. Like in Gonkisis, where the protocol droids took the forbidden oil bath after being tricked by the mouse droid.
