The Last Jedi characters unavailable/challenges missing

Hey everyone,

I'm pretty sure the title says it all but basically after I downloaded the Last Jedi 10 GB patch (I'm on Xbox One), none of the new content (characters) is available for me to unlock. Also, the Last Jedi tile on the main menu is just random characters, and finally in the challenges tab the Last Jedi simply loads to nothing-ness when I click on it.

I apologize if this problem has already been addressed, but I've searched just about everywhere with no luck.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or found a solution?
