OT supremacy mode is lop-sided, I can hardly argue against that.
But for anything else, it only really matter which team has the better players. This is not BF2015 where DS was clearly better in most aspects and LS practically only wins walker assault or HvH if pros of the upper percentage roll with LS.
Especially in HvH both sides are pretty close to each other and I don't know what makes you think that DS wins most games in HvH.
It's not like LS has no strong heroes as well and in many games LS win too. Even with a clear ticket difference, not necessarily close games. Their advantage are even the blaster heroes.
A lightside team with good blaster hero users is a true nightmare for DS.
Most game modes are balanced, except for maybe OT Supremacy and OT Blast.
Otherwise, it only really matters how well a team can work together that matters, especially in HvV.
