There are no Australian Servers; "PING SITE" option is a blatant lie

So I found out today, after weeks of poor hit reg and obvious lag-related issues, that we do not in fact have servers for the Australian population.  This is made even more duplicitous by the fact that Australians are given the option to select Australia as a "Ping Site", and then told that they have a low ping.  It's hard to see this as anything but straight up lies.  In game you clearly give the impression that we have Australian servers by showing us a local ping, but there are in fact no Australian servers on which the games run.

I'm incredibly disgusted at this obvious bait-and-switch.  Before I proceed to post this onto Reddit and Twitter, I would like to ask if you guys have a solution in store.  I'm hoping I"m just being a bit overzealous and this is a temporary problem.
