@EA_Barry Why are you ignoring us? I see in your profile in the "My recent activity" section that you answer in topics on other games. Why can't you pay attention to the problem I described earlier in this discussion (since you misunderstood the author of the topic)? Then, please, mention the community manager who will be able to study the essence of the problem, if you are busy and have not responded to mentions for more than one month.
By the way, the problem has not disappeared while you have not answered and continues nowadays.
