Have you tried to power cycle your console (just completely turn it off for around 2 minutes) or reinstall the game? 🤔

The problem persisted after restarting the PS4, even with a day of the machine being turned off. I did not reinstall the game. The issue continued until I had 150 TL-50 kills and all three attachments were unlocked.
