Thanks for all the information and reports, have you done any form troubleshooting?
Also what platform is everyone on?

PC, but it stopped happening. Yesterday it was every match, but I can see the screen normally today in GA and hero showdown. So maybe it has been fixed (maybe the patch did that for some time?)
The credits and points were counted properly, but just the screen wasn't visible.
