Unable to claim 50 kills weapon unlock for Assault (greyed out claim)

Summarize your bug Assault 50 kills has not unlocked the the A280, I cannot claim it and the claim is greyed out. Also, the default weapon the A280c has not changed to some other blaster with no scope. Restated the game several times, assume this is a server side issue?

In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try getting 50 kills as assault to unlock the first weapon, you cannot claim it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to unlock weapon and then after restart default weapon has changed.
What do you expect to see? The 50 kills weapon reward.
