Hi, this is still an issue for me also, I thought the Jan patch would have fixed it but it appears not. Do you know when this Tremendous Service bug is scheduled to be fixed??
I just completed the 20th from 21 millstones in arcade, it says that i haven't completed it and can't claim my reward, but the bar shows 100% complition. I hope it gets fixed.
Milestone 'SE-44C Sharpshooter' (150/150: rapid fire). Achieved 30 minutes ago but can't claim the upgrade, "CLAIM REWARD" button is grayed out, restarting game and computer didn't solve this!

You poor sap, you're also waiting to unlock the EL-16 just like me, a 400 kill grind with no reward... I got that milestone glitched about 2 days ago now; restarted my xbox multiple times and still no new gun.
The real kicker is that since there are only a pitiful 4 guns per class we've lost access to a quarter of all the Assault class options haha. I've also noticed this thread has been going for well over a month and *still* this dumb glitch keeps popping up everywhere! I don't have much hope for a fix any time soon.
Started playing a few days ago and I'm stuck with the starter weapons because of this bug. Demoralizing to be killed by the fancy people tools and toys.
Yo, David-san, the bug is happening again. I can't claim 3 completed milestones from Heroes and 1 from Troppers:
-Old yet Nimble from Yoda
-Walking right into the trap (proximity mines) from Bossk
-Neutralize the enemy from Iden Versio
-Blurrg-1120 Training Session - Officer weapon attachment.
i have same issue completed we are not done yet and dixis poisoning. Shows complete but not grey, nor received rewards or counted as complete. it’s laughable this is still happening with no real response

This might need to be priority one for bug fixes. A vast majority of people seem to have developed this problem very recently. I would guess that it was a mistake in the code in the most recent patch. Probably a misplaced = or (). Either way, it's impairing the progress of a lot of players. I'm sitting on four unclaimed milestones, at least one of which is a blaster.
Any update on this issue? I have 4 rewards locked now.

i dont play the game since friday last week, since i got the bug i wont play it anymore till is fixed.
as a programmer that im, i dont think that is soo f hard to fix something like that.
