Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

They havent fixed the issue yet and the patch already came out. I have this issue but with the Milestone "THE DEFENDER"... I've already completed it and it appears as if I hasn't yet.

I’m having a similar issue. I’m rank 31 and I still have not received this “Tremendous Service” milestone. Now considering my 31 levels of service I would think that just statistically I finished everything twice over. However my progress still shows 25/26 despite completing all 26 milestone challenges. Should I try to redo Attacker and Defender? It seems to me they might be the ones. However surely I must have one on both sides by now. Like I have many many games played in Starfighter Assault. It’s been more than a month and this still hasn’t fixed itself or been updated. I’d like my 500 crystals please and thank you.

    Dude, I hate that for you! I would be really upset too if I couldn't unlock weapon milestones, especially since it takes a while to get the required number of kills. What's really weird, is that it looks like FWMB-10K Sharpshooter unlocked, but Target Practice didn't.

Saw this problem today...two completed but unable to claim them. Might have been because it was completed then i backed out of the game

Truly amazing how damn buggy this game is. I'm having the same issue. Cannot claim the explosive shot for DC-15LE.

I am having the same problem, it needs to be fixed or I am done with ea and dice. It’s stupid, as bad as the game already is with the loot box system I expect more with the gameplay. Get it together ea!

So.... Is the patch out already? It's almost februry, I bought the game a couple of days ago and was able to claim some rewards, but now, i cant claim a single one, i have arround 3 or 4 rewards that cant claim!! Plz help!

I just got this problem on the Se44C weapon's first milestone. Cannot get it. Stays locked at full. Slightly annoying but whatever. I hope there is a fix.

    It's a monday and EA still not respond to this, OK I wan't back my money for your "Bug wars". Unlocked 6+ milestones yesterday and can't claim my reward.... 😠 😠 😠
