Having the same problem on the Xbox One X so def not a platform issue. While the counter does say 25/26 and not 25/27 (which would indicate that it counts itself) I have completed and redeemed every challenge on the page but one of those apparently haven't been counted as completed. No idea whatsoever as which one it might be. Maybe the Aggressor, but that would've been completed by now anyway. Hope this gets fixed asap. Pretty annoying to have 500 crystals just sitting there staring at you.
