Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

at least you can submit a bug report, i've been trying for almost two hours and i've given up. Every time i press submit nothing happens, tried mutliple browsers, filled in ALL fields including Compose box. No joy.

Same problem with claiming rewards on a few that are bugged out. Out of the 4 that bugged out on me I was only able to claim 2 the next day. Restarting game, origin and comp didn't do anything.
