Summarize your bug Can't claim the NT-242 reward , despite defeating more than 150 enemies. Tried to log out and them log in , or restart the game. None of those things worked.

What happens when the bug occurs? Can't claim the reward and them I'm unable to receive the new attachment.

I Can't be rewarded with the NT-242 attachment due to the can't claim reward bug.
i have the same problem but i cant claim the nt-252 sniper itself (pc)
yes i have it on ps4 , cannot claim my reward, worked hard for those 500 kills ;=
I've had this same problem too and tried fixing it by turning off my Xbox and coming back later, but nothing changed. It says 'progress 50/50' yet the option to claim the reward is unavailable. This is the milestone for 'S-5 training session' that gives the reduced recoil attachment. The same thing has happened with the challenge 'helping the team' which shows my progress being 250/250 for defeated enemies. And also with the 'first blood' challenge, progress 1/1 but can't get my reward(250 credits so it's not significant but nonetheless a reward is a reward). All of these I have the same issue for and don't know how to fix.
Hey fellas! After waiting more than 6 hours , avoiding connecting to the server it worked, i was able to reclaim. But I don't know if that was the solution or they did something about , but I guess itwas just lucky. Anyway, that is an absurd and EA need fix that ASAP , or they will lose even more player base.
this happened to me on PC. I completed the 200 kill with the assault class. I cant unlock it
Don't worry, i've got this problem too (with all rewards) can't claim nothing..... I hope they will fix it in the next update.
Same thing is on PC, I thought they fixed it, but they didn't as you can see. And i've completed 5 milestones that I can't claim.
