Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

my "defender" milestone has been bugged for the last month which also bugged my "tremendous service" milestone - so i gave up on it. today playing starfighter i completed my "defender " to 5/5 which also completed "tremendous service" unfortunately, they cannot be claimed despite the challenges being complete. please address this I am short 1000 credits and 500 crystals for this bug.

    Same has happened to me still can't claim reward Target Practice for the EL-16HFE (75kills). I was able to collect other rewards that bugged out after a few hours. But this one has been greyed out for over a month.

      It was glitching for me yesterday when I finally got the 400 Heavy kills. The button worked but didn’t do anything. Finally after hitting the button like an autistic child, it gave the award to me. Weird behavior.

        for 2 weeks now I cannot claim the SE-44C sharpshooter reward although complete and now the same happened to the IQA-11 sharpshooter reward too
