Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

same problem with the EL-16HFE Training Session. Challenge is completed (50/50) but reward can't be claimed.

Also leveled up from 33 to 34 said i would get 3000 credits at end of match it did not credit it. happened same match when i did the missing kills for the EL-16HFE Training Session. Challenge .

Same here, i have 4 different milestones that are greyed out and cannot claim, I'm on Xbox one.
