Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

I’ve been having the same problem. After looking through another thread about a similar problem it seems that people have been having luck with exiting the game turning the console off and coming back later. For PC there is something called the game repair tool which you can run but as I have not done that yet, I cannot attest to its effectiveness

Already tried but didn't work. I tried twice; firstly by just repairing the game, and secondly repairing the game and rebooting the computer but didn't work anyways.

This must be a server problem or something, because many people are getting the same problem in different plataforms, so it needs to be fixed/patched as soon as possible.

    Same. Xbox One here. Also having problems where it's not tracking my completed Starfighter Assault matches for the "On Your Call" faction challenge.

    Mine didn’t fix itself when I used the repair tool either. But I opened the game this morning after being off all night and all of my rewards were claimable

      I couldn't claim several rewards including some from arcade as well as the last Jedi daily challenge (play 5 star fighter assault matches). With the arcade challenges they showed up/tracked as being completed but I couldn't claim the rewards. With the last Jedi Challenges, they didn't track or show up as I made progress. :/
