Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Having the same exact issue. Using my PS4, I have 50/50 A280 kills, A280 Training Session (had to send out my PS4 for warranty repairs the day of the release so I'm a little late to the party) now it won't allow me to claim the reward. Really need this fixed soon, getting murdered on the battlefront with this crappy gun.
