I am having same problem, completing challenges, and also the daily challenge for last Jedi challenges, but cant claim the rewards.
Also having an issue upgrading my hero above uncommon cards. I got kylo ren to level 16, and my rank is level 17. I am trying to craft rare cards (tier 3), it says I need Kyle at level 15, which he is beyond, and I need to be rank 15, which I am beyond. I also need 120 crafting parts, which I have over 200 of, but the upgrade is still locked. This is stupid. EA seems to be doing their beat to make this game pointless to even try to play.

50 kills as Officer class. Neither my brother or I could claim the reward on either of our Xbox live accounts. Very frustrating.
Tried rebooting. Playing games. Nothing.
Better fix it before Big Brother Disney gives you an atomic wedgie.
