Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

This is a problem that seems to be wide spread.  Not only can I not claim rewards on PC, certain challenges, the Last Jedi Challenges, aren't showing any progress.  The two issues appear to have started at the same time.

same here - no rewards for finished challenges and no progress on last jedi challenges. (ps4)
this is really annoying
