On PC. Having the same issues as everyone else. I have close to 400 kills with the pistols in the officer class, but I'm unable to unlock the attachments for the S5 and I can't unlock the blurg pistol either. Any progression I get is just blocked with grey'd out "claim your reward". I've had this problem for count it 2 days now, and I've been trying everything from restarting the game, trying to complete other rewards, and repairing game files, updating game, etc. etc. Nothing has worked.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like there are local troubleshooting steps for this. For now, just keep playing and be sure to check back from time to time for the update to complete.
@EA_David Is EA really this stupid? So first they force everyone to grind out for credits and now they want us to grind out for NOTHING?! Kills aren't being counted towards weapons, The Last Jedi season challenges can't be completed and I probably didn't even receive the credits I did earn from the TLJ challenges. I want to know how EA is going to compensate players for disabling the rewards system on purpose just so they can re-implement microtransactions. You just know that's behind this. Seriously, how can you DISABLE the rewards system without a single QA person noticing? I don't care that Christmas is 4 days away. I am strongly suggesting you force these code monkeys to fix this TODAY or work throughout the holidays. This is basically theft on EA's part.
