Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Same. Seriously needs a fix ASAP. This issue also occurs on the PS4. The entire Career section is glitched. My issue is that I can’t claim awards such as Credits and Crates

I can't claim any rewards. Not a single once, and I have dozens complete. I just bought the game two days ago and I can't unlock ANY weapons, star cards, crafting mats, ect.
