Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

I'm having the same issue (PS4). Played a few hours last night, whenever I was told during play that I had progressed enough to claim a reward, upon exiting the multiplayer match and returning to the main screen, progress was not gained and the reward could not be claimed.

Super annoying.

I just played a round of Blast to try to recreate this bug, and now it's letting me earn and claim rewards. It was Galactic Assault that was giving me trouble last night. Will see if it continues...

    And now all seems to be working as it should. Maybe there was a server-side issue last night? Super strange - I played multiple rounds of Galactic Assault, but was not given credit for my kills or other achievements.

    The server behavior yesterday was as squirrelly as a meth addict coming down from a long Tweak-end. 🙄
