Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

I'm getting this error for the first time with the first two of Chewbacca's milestones. Never had a problem with these until yesterday, and it's only with these two. Since then I've completed other milestones (unlocked weapon modifications for the officer class) and those worked fine. Screenshot attached.

Hi, its a global problem, me and my 10 friends have this problem too :-(. Happy with no reactions and fixes from EA...
