Summarize your bug I completed the “400 Heavy Kills” milestone, but the game won’t allow me to claim my reward, even though it shows my progress bar as full.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After completing a milestone, head to the “Career” menu in the main menu. When attempting to unlock the accompanying reward, even though the progress bar is displayed as full and complete, the prompt “Press A to unlock” is still grayed out, and will not allow you to unlock the reward.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am kept from unlocking the reward from my completed milestone, specifically the TL-50 & 200 credits earned from the “400 Heavy Kills” milestone, although I have seen numerous reports of the same problem happening with different milestones across different platforms. As you can see in the attached image, I have successfully completed the milestone in question, but I am not allowed to unlock the reward.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the prompt “Press A to unlock” no longer grayed out, and I expect to unlock my reward after following the prompt.

After putting all that work in to unlock new weapons, or any reward, it is very disappointing to be kept from the reward. Especially when the game acknowledges you have completed the milestone. I sincerely hope an EA representative takes note of this issue and a patch is released soon to address this issue.
