Unable to connect online on ps5

I've been trying to get online on Battlefront 2 for a little while now, but every time I try to log in it tells me my credentials have expired and that all I need to do is reset my password. But then when I reset my password it just continues to bring up the same message. I've tried Un installing the game and re installing it, deleting my save data and restoring it. I can't figure out why it won't let me log in. Can anyone help?
